Voting for the 2026 Esports Awards is now open!

International esports is a fast-growing industry, with more and more titles, events, players and related developments every year. As a result, various esports-related award shows are gaining larger and larger followings, and no show is bigger than the Esports Awards. After recently revealing the data and location for the 2026 edition, Miami (Florida) on November 17th, we now also know the nominees in each of the nine main categories. Interested in casting your vote? Good, because voting is now open and will remain so until November 10th!

2026 Esports Awards

The Esports Awards are some of the most important and most prestigious awards in the international esports world. They aim at recognizing the best games, the most successful players, the most popular streamers and much more, with the goal of contributing to the growth and future of competitive gaming as a whole.

“The Esports Awards is dedicated to showcasing top class performance and innovation from, the players, teams, media, games, events, and personalities within the scene”, writes the organization on its own website, “Giving credibility to this process was fundamental for all involved and the integrity of every step is closely monitored by our Esports Awards committee.”

Nominees

As we wrote earlier, the 2026 Esports Awards will feature nine main categories, each with at least ten nominees. We will list all of the categories below, plus a few of the nominees per category.

Esports Game of the Year
Nominees include Counter-Strike, League of Legends and Fortnite.

Esports Mobile Game of the Year
Nominees include Honor of Kings and PUBG Mobile.

Esports Personality of the Year
Nominees include Kameto, Ibai and Magnus Carlsen.

Streamer of the Year
Nominees include Jynxzi, Caedrel and StableRonaldo.

Esports Content Group of the Year
Nominees include Gentle Mates, Team Vitality and OpTic Gaming.

Esports Content Creator of the Year
Nominees include Gotaga, Tacticalrab and Thedonato

Esports Commercial Partner of the Year
Nominees include Red Bull, Logitech G and Sony Inzone.

Esports Tournament Organizer of the Year
Nominees include Riot Games, Activision Blizzard and BLAST.

Esports Supporting Service of the Year
Nominees include JAM Management, The Story Mob and Liquipedia.

Esports World Cup Player’s Choice Award

Esports World Cup Player’s Choice Award

As you probably noticed in the above summary of the award categories, the only category not to have nominees is the “Esports World Cup Player’s Choice Award”. That is because this is a special category in collaboration with the Esports World Cup. This is an award for players, voted on by players, meant to go to a single player who has demonstrated exceptional performance and influence during the 2026 Esports World Cup.

2026 Esports Awards voting

Voting is now open for anyone who is interested in casting a vote. You can do so on the official website of the event (direct link here), until November 10th, 2026. There is no obligation to vote in each category, as you can choose to cast a vote in the categories of your interest. You can submit one vote per day for the 2026 Esports Awards. The last week of voting will become a ‘Turbo Week.’ Here, all vote counts are doubled, so your selection will have twice the impact.
