PUBG announces Global Partner Teams for 2025 season
24 February 2025
In December 2024, Krafton, the developer behind PlayerUnknown’s Battleground (PUBG), opened the application process for their 2025 PUBG Esports Global Partner Team Program and now, about two months later, they have revealed the ten selected names. Compared to last year, six of the ten partners have maintained their spot of Global Partner, with CERBERUS, Daytrade Gaming, FaZe Clan and Soniqs all losing their spot. With the first event of the 2025 PUBG Global Series, the regional Phase 1 leagues, coming up in April, Krafton has chosen to publish the names of this season’s Global Partners well in advance. All we can say is that this season’s Global Partners once again represent the cream of the international esports world.
10 PUBG Esports 2025 Global Partner Teams
And finally, especially for the fans of PUBG, the countdown to the new season can truly begin. We had to wait for a bit, but traditionally, the announcement of the Global Partners Teams means that the new season is about to get underway. On March 1st and 2nd, 2025, the PUBG Master Series 2025 Phase 1 will be kicking off, which is the first event of the 2025 PUBG Global Series. That will be the first time for players and fans to see the ten PUBG Esports Global Partners for 2025 in action.
As we wrote earlier, Krafton selects ten Global Partner Teams every year and this year, six of the ten spots remained unchanged. That means that Four Angry Men, Gen.G, Natus Vincere (NAVI), Petrichor Road, Twisted Minds and 17Gaming will all be returning this year. At the same time, the likes of CERBERUS, Daytrade Gaming, FaZe Clan and Soniqs were replaced by four newcomers to the 2025 PUBG Esports Global Partner Team Program: DN Freecs, Earena, Team Falcons and The Expendables. All of these ten teams will be participating in each of the 2002 PUBG Global Series events, which explains why the spots in the program are so coveted by esports organizations around the world.
“Today, we are thrilled to announce the 10 new partners of the 2025 PUBG Esports Global Partner Team Program”, writes Krafton on the official PUBG Esports website, “After receiving numerous impressive applications, the PUBG Esports evaluation committee conducted an extensive assessment based on the previously announced criteria. The competition was fierce, and selecting only 10 teams from so many worthy candidates was incredibly challenging. We sincerely appreciate every team that applied and demonstrated such strong passion for our partner program—truly, the margins were razor-thin. Now, we’re delighted to introduce the final members of the 2025 PUBG Esports Global Partner Teams!”
